1.1 Third-Party Data: Our betting tools access third-party APIs (The Odds API, Betfair, Matchbook) to provide real-time odds and opportunities. We do not share your personal information with these third parties, but they may collect technical data (IP address, request headers) as part of normal API usage.

- Vercel: Hosting and deployment platform (server infrastructure)
- Stripe: Payment processing (subscription payments, securely encrypted)
- Google Analytics: Website analytics (usage tracking, anonymized data)
- The Odds API: Betting odds data (for our betting tools)
- Betfair API: Exchange odds data (for our betting tools)
- Matchbook API: Exchange odds data (for our betting tools)
4.1 Data Sharing: We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We only share data with service providers necessary to operate our platform, and only to the extent required for their services. All third-party services are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
4.2 API Providers: When you use our betting tools, we fetch data from third-party APIs (The Odds API, Betfair, Matchbook). These providers may log technical information (IP address, request headers) as part of normal API operations. We do not share your personal account information with these providers.

- Analytics Data: Retained for 26 months (Google Analytics default retention period)
- Marketing Data: Retained until you opt-out or request deletion
- Support Communications: Retained for 3 years after last contact
After the retention period, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal information. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@predictr.app.
8. Children's Privacy
Our platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 18, please contact us immediately at privacy@predictr.appand we will delete such information.
9. International Data Transfers
