2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Predictr for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Predictr
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

2.1 Matched Betting Tools: Our odds matcher and calculators are provided for informational purposes. When using matched betting strategies, your first bet is a "qualifying bet" to unlock free bet offers. It's normal and expected to see a small loss (typically £0.10-£0.50) on qualifying bets - this is standard matched betting practice. The real profit comes from using your free bet after completing the qualifying bet.

3. Virtual Currency and Predictions

Predictr makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5.1 No Real Money Value: Predictr explicitly disclaims any real-world monetary value for virtual coins. Coins are provided for entertainment purposes only and have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for anything of value.

6. Limitations

In no event shall Predictr or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Predictr.

Predictr may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this platform you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
